We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal. We must receive payment before purchased items are shipped.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery to United States destinations. If you select the Next Day Air shipping option, the order will be shipped on the next business day, unless stated otherwise by TPC. Our goal is to ship all orders the same day, or the next business day. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All orders will be shipped USPS or FedEx Home Delivery. We ship to all 50 states.

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $12.00 on all orders. Free Shipping for all purchases over $200.00. With over 15 years combined shipping & freight handling experience, your products will be packaged and shipped with care!

Returns and Refunds Policy

All returns for store credit or refund will be minus a 15% restocking fee. All merchandise may only be returned within (seven) calendar days from the time the date of shipment. All returns for store credit or refund must be in resalable condition, include original packing material, manuals and all other accessories, if any, provided upon original delivery. Shipping and handling costs will be assessed for non-defective replacements. The Prince Collection makes no warranty or guarantee of compatibility of any type, implied or otherwise, on all items purchased. Extra courier charges resulting from an incomplete or inaccurate address will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We must be notified within three business days of receipt of any item that is missing or physically damaged in your shipment.

Electrical Products

We issue refunds for all electrical products within seven days of the original purchase. The Prince Collection covers shipment costs for electrical product returns if there are electrical issues discovered upon delivery and/or within three days of delivery. Photographs of parts and accessories will be required.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or using our products within this time period. Additionally, we recommend that you plug in your lamp upon delivery to avoid the limited time period to expire for returns.

It is important to note that all returns will be replaced with the original product ordered. There are no exchanges after your order has been delivered. However, we understand there may times when the customer discovers a different electrical product may better suit them. In this case, the customer may return and exchange electrical products, new charges will apply.

Liquid Products

There are no refunds or exchanges for liquid products. We recommend contacting us immediately following your delivery if there is a discrepancy with your order.

Additionally, we recommend that you:

  • Check requested items prior to online purchase.
  • Review itemized receipt and products upon delivery.
  • Check packaged products within 24 hours of delivery.
